Chris lost his left eye last year and he says; “MySight York supported me on this difficult journey and I’ve challenged myself to walk Coast to Coast this summer 9th to 22nd August, to support this small charity. They do amazing work in York for people with all kinds of sight impairment and loss.”

Chris had an original target of £1,500 which he has already exceeded. He has been aided in his fundraising efforts by Roundhouse Engineering Co. Ltd who have donated a model railway engine to auction, Harrogate Model Railway Club and Yorkshire Garden Railway Show.
