Change of opening hours
From January 2018 we will be trialling a change to our opening hours. The Equipment and Information Centre will remain open on the usual drop-in basis from 10am to 3pm on Mondays to Thursdays. However, on Fridays we will be operating an appointments system only.
The change in hours is to allow our visitors more uninterrupted one-to-one time with a Sight Support Advisor, as well as more choice and flexibility over when they are seen. To book an appointment on a Friday, please call us on 01904 636269 or email hello@mysightyork.org. Appointments are available between 9.15am and 2.45pm.
This change does not affect any other groups or activities at MySight York , which will continue to run as normal.
